We loved our stay here. It was a decent base for our excellent stay.

The best brand-new hotel I've stayed in before now. The room was updated and brand-new, with good lighting, I appreciated it.

Liked this place, it was spotlessly clean and had good staff and rooms.

Clean hotel, especially helpful staff, updated room. The view from my room was good. Quick check-in, late check-out. Besides, parking was available on site.

We would recommend the place and would stay here again. This is charming boutique hotel with great stuff and location.

incredibly convenient location, luxurious room with incredible views. plenty of generous breakfast items to choose from. staff were professional and setting is in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown. also, this hotel was located 2 miles away from jamestown settlement. service was good.

The hotel was clean and perfect for celebrating birthday. I loved lovely room and its tiled bathroom. The venue had a beachfront position. The restaurant was amazing and the food was cold. The service was exceptional, totally satisfied.

Everything was great. Updated rooms and good bathrooms. Pool was good and beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Individual rooms and easygoing staff - we loved it. The hotel was in a great area, near to historic area, College of William and restaurants.

It was an outstanding experience in an enchanting hotel. Staff turned out to be decent. Everything was fine during our stay nevertheless disappointing aspect was old bathroom. Excellent service too. It was not far from Colonial Williamsburg as well as College, incredibly convenient location overall.

Loved it. The food from the attached restaurant was excellent. Our room had a fine bed and a gorgeous view. The staff did all they can for a restful stay. Efficient check in and late check out. The location was FANTASTIC, near College as well as Colonial Williamsburg.

It was a pleasant time staying at this little hotel. The in-house restaurant had savoury food and good service. Ideal location close to family restaurants.

Facilities were great, though Wi-Fi was bad.

Good budget and tidy hotel, great staff and prime location. Breakfast was satisfactory, appreciated it. Easy walk to the beautiful beach. Also, it was about 5 minutes' drive to Powell House. Amazing stay.

The room was perfectly fine and tidy, the staff was gracious. Extremely spacious suite and very comfortable bed. The pool was good too. The area was wonderful, a nice base for me. I went to a small restaurant and loved the local dishes.

Breathtaking view, a nice balcony, comfy bed, too. This was an a gem hotel with a central location. Plus, it was just next door to restaurants and the major highways and Busch Gardens. Had early check-in experience and the staff was terrific!

Hotel's lobby was modern. Exceptional service and superb value. Hot drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise...

Relatively good breakfast and recently refurbished, very big rooms. Hotel is beautifully presented, offers accommodation in a busy area. All in all it's so clean place, they have so so comfy beds.

We truly enjoyed cleanliness and atmosphere in this hotel, it was suitable for us. Staff was helpful and the little extra touches like heating, a seating area and a work desk in the room was a treat.

Beds are extremely comfortable and the room itself is good sized. There's Hooters with nice shots within walking distance of the venue;))
